Qualified Electrical Engineer with

1. Minimum 60% Marks
2. Min 3 years continuous Experience with an A Grade Electrical Contractor
3. Other Experience in Field if any
4. Drafting capability in AutoCAD
5. Preparing Drawings as per Inspectorate Requirements

1.  Minimum 2 years coninuous experience with Plumbing Contractor
2. Proven expertise in preparing SHOP Drawings
3. Degree or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical
4. AutoCAD experise compulsory
5. Knowledge of Plumbing design Essential

1.  Minimum 2 years experience in building industry ESSENTIAL
2. 60% or more marks in qualifying Exam 
3. Hands on Training with Contracting Companies preferred.
4. AutoCAD / Revit knowledge essential

1.  Knowledge of Materials in Building Construction
2.  Vendor Relations Required for Cement, Steel, Aggregates, Electrical Materials, Lifts, Plumbing Materials, Fire Fighting Equipment
3.  Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as PURCHASE Assistant or PURCHASE MANAGER
4.  Location in Ernakulam only

Qualifications

1. B.Tech or higher
2. MBA can be considered
3. Training in marketing and Sales connected with Buildings and Infrastructure

1. Exposure to stakeholders in Building Industry
2. At least 2 years successfully in target markets
3. Reputation with Stakeholders in building Industry
